A week before while I was surfing the net I read an article on leadership quality in that our Ex-President Dr.Abdul Kalam statement was notated as, a political leaded or even a technical leaded should have six traits.

1) Vision

2) Should have an attitude in Unexplored path

3) Courage to take decision

4) Nobility in management

5) work with integrity and succeed with integrity

6) Must know to manage success especially failure

Following it he shared his experience to emphasis the sixth trait. In 1973 ISRO have decided to launch the Rohini Technology Payload (RTP) satellite with Indian’s launch vehicle. At August 1979 SLV3 rocket was launched with RTP this course of launching satellite to the orbit has four phases, due to technical fault at second phase rocket burst and falls into the Bay of Bengal. Dr. Abdul Kalam was the Project Director at that time. This big failure follows with the press conference on the same day. The Chief of the ISRO Dr. Satish Dhawan takes over the press meeting and confessed as “We have failed for the first time and definitely within a year our team will succeed”. With this same sprit the whole entire team worked and made the launch of Rohini (RS-1) to be a successful launch on July 1980. That same day the press conference was held. While at this time the organization chief Dr. Satish Dhawan dedicated his success to Dr. Abdul Kalam by asking him to take over the press conference.
